Exercise Instructions

  1. 1 Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet resting on the floor.
  2. 2 Gently bring one knee towards your chest, using your hands to hold it firmly in place.
  3. 3 Hold the stretch for 30 seconds, maintaining steady, relaxed breathing.
  4. 4 Release the leg slowly and switch to the other side. Repeat for a total of 3 sets per leg.
